Shanghai communication university was founded in 1980 which directly under the state university commission and have been founded by education department and shanghai city together. It is one of the oldest university in china. Since one century , the good education characteristic have been founded that is “high beginning ,solid basis , strictly requirement , emphasize practice , seek innovation.” There are more than 100 thousands outstanding people come from there ,consisting of politician , socialite, scientist ,professor and engineer who contribute to country prosperity and science developing. Also there are have some famous schoolfellows , including Jiangzheming ,Wangdaohan, Qianxuesheng , maoyishen , Zhoufengtao and so on. Among the contributor of “two missile ,one satellite ”.there are six of them from Shanghai communication university. There are more than 200 academician who working in china science institute and engineering institute that come from there . It is a key comprehensive university and directly under the state education department. The university dates back to 1902 when Sanjiang University , Normal school was founded the Southeast University , National Fourth Zhongshan and National Central University . In 1949, it been change name Nanjing university, and then get rid of “Nation”, named “Najing university”. During the nationwide college restructuring in 1952, a part of new department come out, which include industrial department, agriculture department and Normal college . and then it combined with Jingling university in 1888.

It is now developing higher institution that supported by the government under the “211”project. The scenery of the campus is beautiful and have elegant environment, it have been called “safety and civilization campus” and it is one of four hundreds scenery best unit in the country. The university dates back to 1928 when it been founded in Anqing which is old capital of Anhui . It begun recruit from August that is threshold of Anhui modern education . There are some famous people have educated or presided in Anhui university , including Yaoyongpu, Yudafu, Zhangyi , Zhoujian and so on. In December 1949 .it moved in Wuhu and combined with Anhui college and it resume name of Anhui university .During the nationwide college restructuring in 1952, part of department moved to east—china, Meanwhile, moved in some new departments. Then in Feb.1952, Anhui agriculture university and Anhui Normal college have been founded individually before organizational system have been canceled
