- YAIR cooperated with Guangzhou Bo Ming Dayton human resources company in January, human resources management training was started
- YAIR adjusted the organizational structure into 5 divisions on April 1st: manufacturing department, Human Resources department, Administration Department, strategic planning and auditing department and Supervision department.
- YAIR donated total value one million "mobile tent (field hospital) dedicated air-conditioning" to the earthquake-stricken area of Sichuan in May,

- Welding team of central air-conditioning manufacturing department was awarded " team of trustworthy quality in Anhui Province"
- YAIR technology center was established, and conducted project management system, two rows of big enthalpy wind tube unit was developed successfully with a number of advanced innovational technology of air conditioner film;
- YAIR cooperated with Shanghai Vision Management Consulting company,  comprehensive budget management meeting started comprehensive implementation of the project budget management, the same period, Sweden energy experts visited YAIR,  China and Switzerland started comprehensive technical cooperation projects of water-source heat pump;

- YAIR enterprise video "fashion world - the Yangzi air conditioner" finished shooting.
- The second YAIR staff cultural Festival was successfully held; YAIR in the industry is the first to introduce the concept of cost-effective and use the "optimal cost-effective" as the Yangzi brand standards

2004

- YAIR air-conditioning brands surpassed year 
 Yangzi "eye space" series dual system air conditioning devoted 3 years hard-working was presented on market, products applied a number of domestic and international innovative technologies
- Yangzi central air-conditioning sales company was formally established, special channels construction was started all-roundly.
- Yangzi central air-conditioning signed long-term export contracts with the world famous British BCB, marking YAIR central air-conditioning products fully entered EU market.
- YAIR organized delegation to attend Germany Cologne home appliances exhibition, Italy Milan refrigeration exhibition, Shanghai (China) Refrigeration Exhibition and Canton Fair, export focus successfully diverted from Southeast Asia and the Middle East to the European market, both the export quantity of products and trade area significantly increased.
- Yangzi air conditioning 2005 nationwide distributor meeting was hold successfully. 

2003

- YAIR window type air conditioner and floor standing air conditioner were awarded Nation Inspection-Exempted Products; YAIR became one of few enterprises whose all air conditioner products awarded Nation Inspection-Exempted Products.
- YAIR invested heavily to build standard workshop building as the production base of YAIR central air conditioner.
- YAIR 6 series of household air conditioner and commercial air conditioner were presented on market, and successfully entered shanghai, Chengdu, Chongqing, Beijing and son on main market.
- YAIR industrial park was formally approved to establish, YAIR invested to purchase 300 thousands square meters for YAIR industrial park, project was started in Oct 2002.
- YAIR products sales quantity reached 400 thousands pieces.
- YAIR JINZHAI meeting was hold, and established 2004 as brand- ascended year.
